OPGenAIEarly Access

Download OPGenAI

For Windows and Mac. No account needed to install.

From the download to your first replay

Windows

  1. Run OPGenAI-Setup.exe. The installer is code signed (publisher: Nickeles Kerkinni), but a new signature starts with no SmartScreen reputation, so you may still see "Windows protected your PC". Choose More info, then Run anyway. It installs for your user only and never asks for admin.
  2. Open OPGenAI. No account needed. If it asks for Hearthstone's install folder, pick the folder Hearthstone is installed in.
  3. If Hearthstone was open while you did this, quit it and open it again before your next game. OPGenAI set up Hearthstone's own match logging, and Hearthstone only reads that when it starts.
  4. Play a game. OPGenAI reads Hearthstone's own match log on this computer, so when the game ends it appears in the app and you can replay it, every turn and every action. Still no account.
  5. Want your games on your phone, or the coach? Choose Sign in in the app: it brings you to this site, and the app connects itself once you have signed in. An account syncs your games here so your phone can replay them. The AI coach is a subscription.

Mac

  1. Open the disk image and drag OPGenAI into Applications as usual.
  2. The app is built for Apple silicon (M1 or later) and is not notarized with Apple yet, so the first open is blocked: macOS says the app "is damaged" or "can't be checked". It isn't damaged; that is the quarantine on an un-notarized download. Paste this one line into Terminal, then open the app normally: xattr -d com.apple.quarantine /Applications/OPGenAI.app
  3. Open OPGenAI. No account needed. If it asks for Hearthstone's install folder, pick the folder Hearthstone is installed in (usually /Applications/Hearthstone).
  4. If Hearthstone was open while you did this, quit it and open it again before your next game. OPGenAI set up Hearthstone's own match logging, and Hearthstone only reads that when it starts.
  5. Play a game. OPGenAI reads Hearthstone's own match log on this computer, so when the game ends it appears in the app and you can replay it, every turn and every action. Still no account.
